The Wrangler ATG pants from Amazon are the best pants I’ve ever owned, if we’re talking general outdoor use. They’re also the cheapest pants of any type I’ve bought since I started buying my own clothes nearly 30 yrs ago.

Bonobos for business and casual wear. If you mean pants to work outside and do chores, Dickies or whatever is cheapest at Academy. Magellan makes some good cheap pants to work in and get dirty.
