It’s a New Orleans tradition. They’re all good kids that aren’t hurting anyone. They only ride on the weekend, holidays and afternoons once they get off of school and work.

They're usually all over Claiborne, Broad, Washington. Will turn up Fontainebleau once in a while, then disappear back into the ether back there by Rendon Inn.

Even when NOPD tries they are very difficult to catch. They only seem to catch them if the wreck.
