I dont get this phenomenon at all; there's a difference between a mom who's body changes after children and someone who is married with no kids. Its not ok to be fat

I'm an older man (51) on here anyways. My wife and I were at a wedding recently and there was this pretty young lady I'm guessing 24 and she was with a guy that was with a guy 5'9" 250 plus. I asked my nephew " he's rich right"? My nephew said nope.. WTF??

A lot of people just give up. They pretend that looking good and staying in shape is merely a form of vanity. They ignore the health implications as well as the psychological benefits to leading a healthy life.
Staying in shape and making it a priority is hard. It takes work. There are a lot of lazy people out there.
