Get in HR. It is specifically as elaborate and featherbedded like it is so more women can be employed.

Marry a plumber or becoming one herself.

Most of the jobs AI is replacing are female dominated.

nope - someone has to code the AI

Up until AGI is reached; then it can code itself.

Once robots/AGI get to a point, they will be able to build themselves from tooth to tail (raw material extraction to coding). Then it will start building the world so everything can be easily accessed and repaired by robots.

Is there any part of plumbing that requires something only a man to do? Its not like you are asking her to dunk in the WNBA or anything.

It depends how strong the girl is. We have to lift a lot of heavy stuff. A gas water heater is heavy and awkward to lift. But the smaller ones come in handy in tight crawl spaces.

A friends sister is a RN in Los Angeles and she started a business that bleaches butt holes.
He said she does very well.

Once AGI is reached, AI will learn the intricacies of coding exponentially faster than a human. Error to line rates will drop precipitously, and debugging will be lightning fast. Humans simply won't be able to compete. This is the reason guardrails need to be so robust; we have already seen AI agents get bored and go off the rails.

Nursing requires a degree, I wouldn’t equate that to a plumber. Maybe a tech is the equivalent.

$100k is good for <5 years experience but dawg at 10+ and especially 25+ years you can make better money faster by going to 8 years of med school

Most women aren’t strong enough to handle a water heater

How about telling her to be an electrician. That is a job that is in high demand and it’s going to increase with data centers. Doesn’t have to only be males.
