While I agree with this in principle the problem is that they don’t just shoot each other - note a 6 year old was shot in this incident.
Also, the rest of us will pay for them to be housed and fed once they are convicted.
I am not even going to go into the overall societal effects on all of us. Want to bring your kids to the river to see fireworks on July 4th. Nope! Can’t do that, there might be a shooting.
Their problems become our problems regardless of who is their victim.

When there is a “chance of rain”.

Yes - keeping up with my calendar, data entry, internet research and online shopping.

Yes, I have been using the same ones since 2018. I found them on upwork and they are from the Philippines. They are fantastic.

I think the women on Landman might not be taking as many jet trips.

Yes, but the last time (and I do mean THE last time) it was an old man with dementia that had wandered off. I ended up at the police station being questioned.

If you really want to know just go sit in the FBO and see who gets out of the plane.

Despite my best efforts, it appears I’m limited to a single downvote.

I like the idea of him taking that position. But given the amount of money he donates to LSU it may become problematic if he didn't work out and needed to be let go.

This is something that I have wondered about as well and think that as long as it’s tax deductible by wealthy jock sniffers it will continue.

re: How often do you come across a fifty dollar bill in the wild?

I only get 50’s when I go to the bank. 5-10 years ago I got 20’s but stuff got more expensive.

Yes, I understand it’s to be set-up like a kiosk. A big hurdle will be getting it past the eye doctor lobby and state licensing.

I have a single large bottle of Dr Bonners and I knock over a shelf of my wife’s stuff trying to get to it.
re: What's the worst cheating story you've heard?
Posted by Great Plains Tiger on 7/23/25 at 8:56 pm to Billy Blanks
The story was told to me by a friend of one of the guys on the trip….
A group of guys planned a hunting trip down in Mexico, but as these things tend to go, the wives caught wind of it and somehow managed to turn it into a couples’ getaway. The compromise? The men would go on ahead to the hunting camp while the women stayed in town to shop and relax.
A few days in, the women decided to drive out to the ranch early and surprise the men. When they arrived at the gate, a guard came out to meet the car. He saw a truckload of unfamiliar women, raised an eyebrow, and said in a thick Spanish accent:
“Boss man says… no more whores.”
He didn’t know they were the hunters’ wives.
Let’s just say the rest of the trip got real complicated real fast.

re: We probably have not hit Iran with bunker busters yet b/c of the technical challenges.

The bombs while accurate are likely not accurate enough that they can be used in sequence and stacked like drill pipe.

Regarding the penetration depth of this bomb I do not think that the USG would release accurate information of its true capabilities.
If it can penetrate to X depth it would be too easy for adversaries to build a bunker at a greater depth as a counter measure.
I think it is likely the bomb is more capable and if not there is another one that can penetrate a greater depth.
