I just don't see where this is going to be a bad thing.

Not everyone can numbnuts. Plus you are fooling yourself if you think people can be as productive working from home and surrounded by distractions rather than being in the office.

My wife filed a sexual harassment claim with HR on me.

That's the whole point. What the boss can't see won't hurt him.

How’s 50% of the OT gonna be doing operator activities when they’re working from home?

For me the only downside is I’m not use to being this isolated from the outside world. A normal day for me is spent on the road visiting customers, business lunches, and meetings. Basically I spend my day traveling and interacting with a wide range of different people all day every day face to face. Now I sit at a desk and only interact with them via phone, text, or email.

Some people seem to love it but it's definitely not something I'd enjoy doing long term.

I can't stand sitting in my house all day.

From a business perspective? Not much.

From a personal standpoint? I'm already going insane.

If you're at the office and people keep interrupting your work by yelling at each other, fighting, slamming doors, and also eating all the food in the kitchen, you can fire them.

If you're at home your only option is putting them up for adoption and that's not a speedy process.

It's not bad if you are there alone. When I had to do it a few years back when my kid was small and wife has a stay at home mom, I could not get much done. Always getting interrupted.

How many lunches would you say you have in a given work day?
