Look at the burst strips. It's basically like a dollar shave club for toothbrushes, but their strips are like $15 and it's a 1 week kit

Have your dentist make custom trays and a whitening gel. Keep in mind that it can dry out the tooth structure and possibly cause sensitivity issues.

This. Whitened the shite out of my teeth but also made them incredibly sensitive. Also dyed part of my gums white for a few hours.
ETA: and I’m pretty sure doing this too much is horrible for your teeth.

I'm 3 days into using them. So far so good. I find they don't stick as well as the crest strips, but I can definitely tell a difference after 3 uses.

Get the kit on Amazon. 35% gel. Get the kit to make molds. Exact same stuff as dentist.

Will never forget how my mouth felt after the first time I accidentally fell asleep with my trays in. Couldn’t eat shite for like two days.
