re: OT Lawyer advice needed—Stolen motorcycle recovery UPDATE page 16, bike secured - BruceJender
Eitek1 and I are just being sparse with the details due to the reach of this place. As you probably saw already, a lawyer in Colombus was sent this (and we wouldn’t mind contact if he is still reading this), so we don’t want them to be able to get ahead of anything. ETA: At some point we’ll be a...

He even, if I’m not mistaken, said if someone were willing to go get it, they could have it. I don’t take E as that kinda guy, but I think that was what was said....

re: OT Lawyer advice needed—Stolen motorcycle recovery UPDATE page 16, bike secured - BruceJender
I already tried calling BRPD and telling them what they were trying and they didn’t seem to care, told me it was past the statute of limitations and that there was nothing they could do. Also big thanks to eitek1 for putting in a lot of time researching and contacting the right people. ...

re: OT Lawyer advice needed—Stolen motorcycle recovery UPDATE page 16, bike secured - BruceJender
That’s what I thought too. I called the Colombus PD handling the case and asked, if I show up with the police report and identification, would you require them to give me the bike and he basically said “idk.” Like how do you not know? You’re going to be the one making the decision?...

I have near 0 time, but I do have the money to fight it. I just can’t make it out there to retrieve it myself within the n...

re: OT Lawyer advice needed—Stolen motorcycle recovery UPDATE page 16, bike secured - BruceJender
So update is that I obtained the police report from BR that has my name and vin of the bike on it. I can’t locate the title (couldn’t get in state in time to expedite a duplicate), and tomorrow is the only day I have to pick it up. When I called the local police station to see if the police report w...
