What's the angriest you've ever been with a business?

Getting some work done on my Audi and they keep delaying when it's going to be done. I've never been so pissed with a business

Dealership scratched two of my wheels when the car had less than 1500 miles on it. Then they sent the wheels to some ghetto rim repair shop instead of giving me new wheels. Once the damaged wheels got back from the ghetto store they couldn't be balanced and the dealership tried to fake it. Had to get GM involved to get new wheels.

HH Gregg.
I bought a washer and got it home. Opened the box. Machine was dented horribly.
Drive back to the store day 2 to pick up a new one. Drive home. Open box. Machine dented again
Tell them to deliver a non dented model to me. They won't
Drive back to the store day 3. Drive home, open box, again dented
Lose my fricking mind on the store manager. 3 dented machines in 3 trips. He tells me the forklift is actually a machine that grips the boxes from the side and they are crushing the washers/dryers. Demand that he deliver a new one which he can't. Store manager asks me what I want. I tell him to knock $500 off because of my wasted time and their incompetence. He does.
Day 4 I drive back with box cutter. I open the box on the got damn showroom floor in front of everyone. It's finally NOT crushed. I load it up, mother frick the entire store and walk out.

Yesterday I called because i was frustrated that they were telling me it would be 2 weeks before they could get someone to my apartment to turn on my internet. After telling me they couldnt do anything the dude tried to sell me more services. I laughed, he hung up....and pushed my internet installation back another week. I kid you not. I got the email in seconds pushing it back. Vengeful fricks.

Probably American Airlines for their incompetence this past January trying to get to/from Colorado. Pissed me the frick off. Took 24 hours to get there with them losing ski luggage for 4 days, took about 18 hours to get back (with another 4 days of lost luggage) since their contract employees didn't know how to work a standby list. Mailed receipts for the lost luggage with a tracking by USPS (about $350 worth), called two weeks ago and "they never got them" despite USPS saying receipts were delivered to their luggage office in mid January...

I went to the laundromat one time, been close to 20 years now. After washing my clothes, I put them in the dryer for like an hour. When the timer went off, I went to get them out and they were still wet. They felt just like they did when they came out of the washing machine. They wouldn't refund my money because they dais the dryer had an out of order sign on it, although it did not. Furthermore, none of the other customers saw this sign (there were quite a few people in there). Any way, after thoroughly showing my arse, I just got my shite and left. When I got to the car I just sat there for about 15 minutes, it was all I could do to keep from driving through their building. Needless to say, I never went back to that laundromat, although I probably would have been told to leave if I did.

music industry.
for dumbing it down over the years, killing off the "variety" of the art and for pushing things that are intended to mimic a quick trend, instead of setting them.
For allowing mp3 technology to make it it's bitch.

I've thought about going to jail over a riverside towing dispute.

I got mad at Subway the other night and told them to get me another sandwich artist out there to finish the sandwiches.

If that is a true story you should hit me up with details and that guy's career would be over.

Home Depot about 15 yrs ago. I ordered 3 vertical blinds (2 were special order) from a HD 5 minutes from where I worked; I lived about an hour away. They call me on a Thursday saying "hey your shite's here". I pick it up on the way home BUT don't open any boxes; after all there were 3 LONG arse boxes that I assumed had everything in them. Well Friday night when I get home from I open the boxes for my weekend project and guess what's in the boxes? Slats only!! No head rails, no hardware, no shite. I call them & they say "yeah, the rest of your shite is right here." Now I'm fricking livid. I wait until Sat AM to go to the store and when I get there I'm even more pissed. I start chewing the asst. manager's arse really good asking why they didn't tell me I had 3 other fricking boxes and when I turn around I see the store manager standing there who doesn't say shite and then I light into him calling him a pussy for not speaking up and tell him that I'm about 1 fricking second away from bringing EVERYfrickINGTHING back and reordering from Lowe's. Now I'm talking pretty loudly and everyone is crowding around & the manager still won't say anything. I sent HD corporate an email detailing this and I didn't go back to HD for almost 12 yrs.

A few weeks ago United Airlines took my seat away and proceeded to physically drag me off the plane while busting my face. Needless to say, I'm pretty agitated with them.

Atmos natural gas. Charged me $300+ for one month of gas when I had electric appliances and was out of town a week of that month. Normal bill was like $50.
