My '02 Camry is on its last legs and need a new ride (budget is $25k). I like the look of the 21-24 Camrys but heard an Accord is a slightly better ride. Inb4 I'm poor for driving a sedan and/or gay for not driving a F-350.

Basically, the same reliable car. Just pick whichever you can get a better deal on.

I'm probably getting one within the year and am also probably choosing between the Accord or Camry. I slightly prefer the Accords, but can't really go wrong with either.

Accords are slightly sportier with the responsive 1.5 and 2.0 turbo platforms…that’s all I got

I test drove a new (2024) Honda Accord and Toyota Camry hybrid models. I chose the Accord.

I liked the interior better of the Accord, although Toyota has certainly upgraded their interior.

Toyota, I believe, offers a little better MPG (I currently am averaging just under 47 MPG with just over 5K miles). The Camry Hybrid was also a little more expensive at the time, but I didn't try to negotiate because after a couple of days of thinking it over, I liked the Accord.

Both are excellent vehicles, and should last you for many years to come.

My dad has a '15 Camry and I find the interior to be really small/claustrophobic. Maybe it's because we drive a Jeep and an Atlas, but the ceiling seems very low and I'm only 5'8". I don't like riding in it. Can't speak on the Accords.

As others have said, you can’t go wrong with either. I have a 2018 Accord and when I first got it, I was getting 38-39 mpg on interstate.
Damn thing is now getting 40-41.

For a commuter vehicle, they are great. I’ve got 125k miles and hoping I will keep it until 200k or so.

I vote Camry based on transmissions. The Accord has a CVT.

Accord will be a little more sportier driving/handling but both are comparable.

I'd go with Camry but I've driven two of them past 300k miles. An 03 and a 14. Does the accord have a similar sized interior/trunk? They have a similar reputation for longevity.

Camry, it doesn't have a CVT transmission. It has a traditional automatic transmission.

Drove a 2000 Accord over 360,000 miles in 10 years. Would have driven it further, but someone hit me and totaled it
State Farm gave me $6300 for it so it also retains value.

The 2024 Accord has one of the largest trunk spaces available, and interior --- for this sized vehicle. I believe it is certainly bigger than the Camry.

The CVT --- this is a Honda --- and not a Nissan --- is one of the smoothest rides I have ever had, and this includes my RAM 1500 which had air suspension.

I had an 07 Camry that I drove 250k miles before selling, no real issues.

I currently drive a 15 Accord, at 240k miles and no issues with this either.

The Accord is sportier and has better suspension and handling than my Camry. Honestly don’t think you could go wrong with either. When it is time for a new one, I will judge technology package and price and make a decision based on that. Either one is going to go 300k miles
