Wow! good question wouldnt be hard to be a better dad then the one i had. So i guess theres that. Job id be impressed. Accomplished a good chunk: graduated college, served in military, traveled . Have a family im happy with . So yeah on a 1 to 10 scale i'd say a 7 . I still have alot to work on but as you get older the goals just get to be a little less "Wow" i guess.

He would think I had a really cool job, house, family, but would be quite upset that I wasn’t a retired Atlanta Brave and in the LSU Baseball Hall Of Fame

My 10-year-old self wanted to be a fighter pilot, so he'd probably be terribly disappointed in the lame-arse career I ended up in.

They would mostly be disgusted and embarrassed, but also be a little impressed by a few things. However, mostly, my childhood self would be really really disappointed.

Family and social - pretty impressed. A few close friends that wouldn't ask questions if I ever needed and a great wife.
Car - childhood or adult me doesn't give two shits. They are safe and dependable so I guess that's a win.
Job - Disappointed. I was gonna cure cancer. Definately underachieved.

God you’ve gotten fat. Why are you not an MD or an Astronaut?

My childhood self would say, "Hell yeah, you turned out just like I planned. Of course you're about 5 years behind on your plan though!"

I wish I had started having kids earlier. I'm not really that old, 36 with a 2 year old and another due in a few weeks, but I always enjoyed that my parents were younger than many of my friends' parents. I know my parents struggled a little financially having kids younger than I did, but part of me is a little sad that I was mid-30's when I had my first kid
