I live well withing my means so could pay my bills by working at just about any place with a hiring sign if I needed to.

Probably become a lab tech or chemist. Doesn't pay well as well as people think and the entry level openings are usually 3rd shift. But if I was desperate for a job and needed something stable that's a good fallback.
