I would go hardest on those who litter. You are in a freaking car, can you not just throw it in a trash can when the opportunity presents itself? (this includes throwing cig butts out the window)
Next hardest would be a**hole parkers (like those who take designated handicapped spaces and have no sticker, or park halfway in the handicapped space so the actual handicapped person can not park there)

Definitely left lane cruisers. They getting a ticket, also people who dont move over to the left lane for someone changing out a tire or a cop, firetruck. Pull over cops out of their jurisdiction for speeding.

I would use all investigative tools at my disposal to find people who's post on TD I disagree with and give them citizen arrest tickets for stupid posting.

I would spend all of my waking hours going back and forth on various interstate highways and ONLY pulling over people going slow in the left lane.
