I won't name the facility but I was having my company vehicle checked on the way through the gate and asked the guard if they knew exactly what they were looking for.
Immediately wished I could take the questions back. The Guard caused a scene, higher ranking guards showed up, they caused a scene, It almost cost me access to that site.

Sold Men's clothing at a box store in the mall part time the whole 4 years. Odd jobbed durning the summers in addition to that.

Lowes my first two years. Then a forklift driver/marina supervisor for a couple of gated communities on Lake Oconee for my last two years. Hated Lowes, loved the marina tips and hot housewives in bikinis is definitely a good way to spend your summers. Winter was slow so gave me plenty of time to study and get paid for it.

LSU Vet school delivering mail. Used to have to open and check in all packages. It was right after 9/11 so I always had it in the back of my mind I would open a box of anthrax. Waited tables at O'Henry's in Metairie. It was a bitch driving back and forth to LSU all the time but my brother was the manager so we had a blast.

Coach middle school football at U-High and was a supervisor at the UREC. Parlayed the UREC job into a graduate assistantship and continued until I finished grad school!

Had several of them, but the one I had the longest was working for UPS in Port Allen. If you hit 20 hours a week they reimbursed your tuition.
