How about...

A Georgia police officer who frequently posted anti-vaxx messages on Facebook and took an anti-parasitic drug instead of a vaccine has died of COVID-19.

Captain Joe Manning, 57, of the Wayne County Sheriff's Office died on Wednesday after a short battle with the virus
quote:

In one post, Manning shared an image that said, "I am not vaccinated by choice and that's my right."

In another, Manning encouraged people to stock up on the anti-parasitic drug ivermectin, frequently used to deworm horses, and increasingly being taken by people in a misguided attempt to treat or prevent COVID-19.
quote:

"OK Folks Wayne Feed and Seed has some liquid and paste Ivermectin get it while supplies last," Manning wrote on Facebook.

Back when I was at LSU, guy I knew was recruited by his brother to jump someone who was seeing brother's wife. Their plan was to hide, catch Jodie leaving and put a whipping on him. All went according to plan until Jodie pulled out a gun and shot my friend dead.
In hindsight, should have just told brother to get a divorce.

I had a friend back in Pineville (late 80s, early 90s) that had bad road rage issues. I hated to ride with him. He would get mad and follow the other vehicle, flipping them off, flashing his lights, screaming and yelling, etc. I had to calm him down and convince to just go about our business and let it go. This happened several times. When he would ride with me I would lay the law down and tell him to shut the frick up or he could get out. Keep in mind, other than the abnormal road rage, this guy was golden, would give you the shirt off his back, etc.

Fast forward several years, I now live in BR and I heard he got married and had a kid. Got a call one day from back home that he got road rage, followed a guy several miles until he pulled over at a store, got out of his vehicle with a crowbar in hand walking toward the other car. The guy got out of his car, pulled a gun and shot and killed my friend........with my friend's toddler in the car watching the whole thing. I knew that would happen to him one day if he didn't chill out behind the wheel.

Oh man, I too remember all the posters that celebrated people dying because they didn't want to take the vaccine. Maybe you should start your own thread again. I'm sure it will be a hit.

Saw a documentary one time where some guys working in a bakery had a mechanical problem.

They shut down the ovens, and needed to open up the system to fix the problem.

Instead of tearing down the equipment which would take hours and major loss of time and profits - one of them got on the conveyor and was gonna ride into the problem area. Only mistake was that they didn't ventilate the oven before he rode in - so it was still hot in there.

There's no reverse direction on those conveyors - the only way to get him out was to go all the way through.

By the time he called for help it was too late.

I just saw a video of a Chinese mining worker get pulled into a running rock crusher, he was trying unjam it while standing directly on the jammed rocks. Never had a chance, soon as he slipped a large boulder came down on top of him and probably crushed his head.

Heard a story once about 20 yrs ago about a guy harvesting corn that got some tie vines or something in the header. He got off the machine and tried to unplug it with header still engaged. He managed to get pulled into the header and little pieces of him exited the back of the combine.

When I read things like this it makes me not take life too seriously. This has to be a simulation.

A lawyer I knew in my ATL days represented the family of a guy who was staying at an Atlanta area hotel. The guy had been drinking and as a joke or photo op he was treating the intake to the one of the hotel’s industrial air conditioners like a wind tunnel. Something happened and he he either got sucked into the blades or fell into the intake I can’t recall which. For months they continued to find chunks of his remains in the AC vents of the hotel.

Not sure how there wasn’t some sort of protective barrier from the blades or if he purposely got inside of it somehow but damn what a gruesome way to go.

There was an incident like this in Monroe a few years ago. A girl thought she heard intruders breaking in and called her parents who were on their way back to the house. She hid in a closet and her father shot her thinking that she was the intruder when she came out of the closet.

"yeah, but at what price?"

also, given the average age here, I'm surprised so many people have never seen Clerks.

If this breaking your neck while attempting to suck your own dick story is true (which I doubt) it is one hell of an embarrassing way to go. Especially if your Mom found you.
