TBH I have a hard time caring about someone who fricks around and finds out. What I do care about is when one of them runs out in front of a licensed driver, causes an unavoidable accident, and the driver endures psychological trauma and a probable lawsuit by the little shithead's parents.

There's one lady in our neighbor hood who pitches a fit over it. We are in a dead end neighborhood with very little traffic. The cops pretty much told her to chill the fckk out.

If you want your kids to have fun take them to a gravel pit. Or a hunting lease and turn them loose. Kids on 4 wheelers and blacktop is a recipe for disaster
