In my old neighborhood, had a kid come around the corner, see a car and swerved. Flipped the SxS and an elementary aged kid was killed when it crushed him. Had a neighbor let their kids take his golf cart for a spin. Not only did I witness them messing up at stop signs with other cars multiple times, but then saw them trying to swerve and throw each other off the back. You can't drive until you're 16 because kids are dumb and don't realize the consequences. A recreational vehicle doesn't change that or lessen the consequences.
