Tightening the borders so cartel drugs are harder to get and become addicted to? Stop building luxury homes and build more budget housing? Throw them all in jail?
Being a street junkie shouldn't be an option for these people...

Drugs are the problem. What’s the solution to drugs?

Your question is based on the presumption that people want to solve it.

My most unfiltered opinion, a 20-30% reduction in population.

A practical solution? I have no idea. Make it more difficult to be homeless? Don't know how you do that.

There should be a camp where they can concentrate on how to go away.

Before welfare it was nearly unheard of to be homeless because if you didn't work, you didn't eat.

I'm not sure I buy that every homeless person has drug issues. A considerable amount? Sure. But I think circumstances vary from person to person.

I prefer the Sandford approach:

Also I’m relatively confident that Oxford does this.

Probably rehab, incarceration in a mental facility and holding them against their will in halfway houses or work / release programs until they get better. Or don’t and stay in the facility and work.

I find that a better use for tax money than the 50% of welfare dollars that are wasted.

I find it funny that democrats don’t advocate just exterminating them like they do for other inconvenient people.
