Antamina mine in Peru for work. 15000 plus, felt like I was hungover the whole time. Couldn't sleep, panted constantly. Worst 4 days. At 10k I was fine, walked around cisco no issues.

For me it was the rapid pressure change on my stomach that hurt the most.

Stomach bloated at the peak and was compressed the entire way down. Im sure the hikers behind me weren’t too happy

Kilimanjaro, 19,000 something feet

Second was rainbow mountain in Peru around 15,000 feet. I actually felt worse than kili because I did absolutely zero acclimatizing before that one

Not sure of the height but up some mountain in Colorado. I had to buy some oxygen spray crap to breathe. I prefer my flat Louisiana back yard and mosquitoes.

Interesting fact about Chimbo, the summit is the farthest point from the center of the earth, beating out Everest due to the equatorial bulge.

Interesting to see the number of Kilimanjaro summits listed. It is the only remaining tick on my 7 summits list. When I summited Vincent (#6 for me) at 43yo I decided I would do Kilimanjaro on my 70th birthday. Not sure why but at the time standing on Vincent it seemed like a good idea. I still have a little less than 12 years to wait. I hope I am able to do it.

Also interesting to see the Hawaiian volcanoes so well represented. I hope no one brought back any rocks...

Some mountain pass in Yosemite, about 9,000 ft. I have a pic of me in July with snow on the ground.

Hiking was Sperry Chalet West Glacier Montana 6,500'

I did fly to get to 18,500' but when we got to this altitude 8 of us jumped from the plane, so i have been at 18,500' in the open air with nothing around me but 7 other emotionally stable persons freefalling to earth.

Probably Mt Evans = ~14,200 at the parking area and climbed on up to the peak.

I've never done a supplemental oxygen jump, that had to be pretty cool! Did you just breathe Os in the plane or did you have to keep it on during the jump?

Quandary Peak Colorado . A little over 14000 feet. Trailhead starts around 9000. Did Ok, but one of my grown sons with me had some altitude issues. It was a long, slow walk down.

It was first load of the day (early-7am) and we were jumping from Cessna C208 Caravan, they promised extra altitude, we used a can of O2 on the way up then just jumped, about 90 seconds of freefall.
