Kept it up long enough to put it in your fat mother

I'm happy to average 20 on our 50 mile rides. And that's never taking a turn pulling

"Ran" the Leadville marathon 5 years ago. There's just no way to train your body for running at 10,000+ feet when you live at sea level. The ascent from the start to the halfway point at the top of Mosquito Pass (13.1 miles) took me 3:25, which was 2 minutes slower than what I ran the entire Louisiana Marathon in a few months before. Then I got to the top, and the aid station was out of liquids. Finished the whole thing in just over 6:30 and I was wiped.

Did you go with a guide?
Our group heading to JH in January and I want to go backcountry for a day.
Had a friend that had lived there for a couple years prior to me going and meeting up with him. Not a guide, but local that knew the terrain.

Took a xanax on a Thursday evening and went out drinking. Finished the night doing blow with strangers. Walked home, began drinking with my roommate. Took some acid around lunch on Friday because why not Day trip. Tripped harder than I expected. Took another xanax after dinner so I could sleep. Roommates buddy shows up and wants to get some blow. Find blow. Do blow. Proceed to go out drinking. Get shite faced. Try and fight a bouncer. Get kicked out of the bar and walk home. Slept for two days.
Still surprised I lived through college.
You may not like what the body at peak physical performance looks like. But this is it.

At 28 I caught 63 innings of baseball in 3 days. I debated pissing on myself Monday so I wouldn't have to get up.

The first time I broke 500 lbs on deadlift. I'm not physically or athletically gifted. Every ounce of gained strength was hard work. It was a proud moment.

Sprint Triathalon. Not very impressive but I still felt like I was going to drown on the swim.

Hiked Mt Mitchell with a full pack. Rained the entire time up, at the top, and down.

Initially confused this with the Barkley Marathons. Leadville is obviously still a huge accomplishment, but at first I thought you were an insane person.

Hiking Eagle Rock Loop in Arkansas in about 2.5 days while being in not so good shape.

Survived 4 South Louisiana August high school football camps back when they allowed two a days, but no water breaks, the theory being that fighting through the thirst would make us tougher.

this was different. we went out in a group specifically to break the 4 hour record and had police escorts so we never had to slow down at stop signs or intersections.
i lost one of my water bottles when i bounced over train tracks at mile 20 and by mile 70 i was about to give up when a support truck pulled up beside me and i was able to hand them my empty bottle and they refilled it and handed it back without slowing. that ice cold water literally saved the ride for me.

Ran the Boston Marathon back in 2015. Finished in 4 hours and 20 minutes.
Not a time to brag about, but respectable for my first marathon.
ETA: No, I did not put the 26.2 sticker on my car.

my first Summer workout at LSU. It was supposed to only be lifting, then Milt Williams (Satan himself) got pissed at everyone......then came the snakes on the stadium following the Dyno Monster. As a hotshot/snot-nosed HS signee, it was terrifying.
Close 2nd was the first running workout. Milt wasn't angry.....thank God. It ended with me under Tiger Stadium laid out gasping for air with a maintenance man asking me if I was dying.
