What if this is beginning of a total societal breakdown.

It starts with a virus that people just want to go away.
Then it morphs into something that kills a third of the population.
The president dies. 60% of congress (mostly old people) succumb.
Financial systems break down. Money is gone.
Medical facilities cease to operate because the people who work in them have either died or walked away.
Transportation system stops functioning. People are stuck in place and run out of food.
The internet stops working.
The media goes dark.
The power grid, which has already failed on the coasts and been spotty in the interior, finally goes out.
The people who are left find themselves fighting over disappearing resources.
No law enforcement. Rampant crime.
You’re on your own.
Just sayin’.
