Drinking alone. Or just me and my dog, I can talk to her and she never talks back.

I enjoy jogging but really enjoy it in the brutal heat of summer. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy jogging in this cooler weather but there's just something about the brutal heat and being soaked with sweat pushing yourself to go another mile that I enjoy. It's a hard part of the year to push yourself outside and I've always enjoyed the challenge.

I LOVE cold weather and I LOVE rainy days. Don’t know why, but I just always have.

Extra bean sprouts in my Thai food.

Or alfalfa sprouts in my salad.

The texture of cottage cheese.

Most or a lot of people hate both

What makes you say that? Most people I know in Alabama can't stand it if it's NOT 90 degrees and up. It's (barely) dropped below 70 degrees this week and people are walking around wearing winter coats and toboggan type hats here. It's ridiculous.

Jogging in extreme heat is a dangerous thing to do.

To cool the body, blood vessels near the skin dilate to release heat. This reduces blood pressure and forces the heart to beat faster and pump more blood to maintain circulation to both the skin and the working muscles.

While that's going on, that excessive sweating you mentioned lowers blood volume. To compensate, your blood can become thicker and more prone to clotting, obviously a major risk factor for heart attacks, and finally, the excessive sweating also causes the loss of electrolytes, which can trigger arrhythmia.

It's the perfect trifecta for a heart attack.

And btw, it has this physiological effect on perfectly healthy people, not just people with previous heart issues.

College football in the NIL, revshare, portal, playoffs era. There’s drama all the time and it’s fun. It’s my soap opera.
