What do you do when you see somebody list their pronouns?

I see it on linked in.

Avoid them they have mental issues

I never see pronouns, I don’t work from home

Don’t have social media beyond this website. But when I see it in an email signature block, I immediately know that person falls into one of three groups.

They’re either a vapid, social media-obsessed female, mentally ill in general, or a normal human who happens to be trapped in a woke company. Subsequent interactions help me decide between the three options.

Throw their resume in the trash.
Do not respond to the email.
Say out loud frick you.

I am unemployed. I've had a few applications ask for my pronouns, my preferred name, and If I am gay or straight. ( or whatever it's called now)

Tell them mine are MAGA/Kek, and they're phobic bigots if they don't use those.
