The dumbass not only admitted to it but talked about it to her on SnapChat and she saved the conversation and showed it to the police.

In reading the Affidavit, Laine is one dumb guy. They only dated from Nov '21 to Feb '22. Makes him sound obsessed and sick. She also caught him taping her before this one that she found and he claimed to have thrown the recorder away.

The news just reported on this, and they said something like he was scheduled to headline some type of like Mississippi Mud Pie Festival or some shite this weekend.
How did he not parlay his fame into something bigger than that? I guess I understand that people who make it big out of American Idol are few and far between but wasn’t he on that show like two years ago? Shouldn’t he still be like touring arenas as somebody’s opening act?

He's supposed to be on American Idol on Monday night and in CA at the Asparagus Festival in early May.

From my understanding, he admitted he had been recording her, but then lied that he got rid of the device. She later discovered the device. So only one device, right?
I am interested in how the device actually works.
Does it upload the audio somewhere for him to listen? Or maybe he can access it via bluetooth? So I wonder if he was going into her apartment to pull the data off of it? Looks like it can record for several days. One claims 150 days. I wonder if the hours for it had expired and he just assumed that would be the end of it, so he lied about getting rid of it. As in he didn't have access into her apartment anymore. I don't know. It's all really stupid.
It sounds more like he got caught, but wanted to continue on. When he first got busted he should have taken the device back. Might have been the end of it.

Like for instance you catch someone, wife contractor neighbor etc, doing something inadvertently while you are not present on a camera that has been previously installed
