Prolly LSU PD trying to make themselves look big time. It’s been my experience, that campus police are the biggest a-hole cops out there, and they think they’re the shite because they’re campus police, even though they’re nothing more than mall cops.

ETA: I'll say i know it was but I don't keep up with that these days. Based on website info, I am not so sure any longer.
