I learned that objective Truth didn’t matter to most people . I was expecting the Socratic method and I was met with bullies, opportunists and ideologues. It was quite a shock to young Pimp. I left college feeling disillusioned and with a need to “ unlearn” a lot of things.

College opened my eyes to the fact that high school teachers are lying assholes. "High school is the best years of your life" my arse.

You know the story, kids go off to college and get indoctrinated by left wing nut jobs. They are now way to smart to believe in religion and think that everything revolves around identity politics. I feel sorry for you.
I was pretty similar to OP, although I probably wasn't all that devout before going off to college. It was just what we did Sunday mornings. I never had a teacher or people try to indoctrinate me. It was just time on my own to actually think about that stuff. In fact, I'd say TD had more of an impact on my beliefs eventually fading away to nothing than actual college experiences.

The sheer volume of puss available if you just put in a little effort. I mean it was stunning.
It was like a scene from the movie The Birds but instead of birds smashing into the phone booth it was poon smashing into me
I miss college

I don't remember any leftist indoctrination at LSU when I was there in the mid to late 90s. Maybe there was and I just ignored it or I was too stoned and not paying attention.

Music. Took a music appreciation class and it got me into Dylan and Hendrix. I had always liked a couple of their songs but never paid much attention outside of what played on the radio. And this class introduced me to more of their stuff, which I loved. And it also gave me a better appreciation and love for “classic rock” in general. Loved that class.

1) The vast majority of college kids have no time or money management skills
2) Most people are disgusting
3) Girls like the cool baws that are out getting 0.0’s and bartending forever instead of the ones trying to go to med school or grad school

Yes. Dumb as a fricking stump.
She was given the presentation by her group mates with the “founded by” wording and she “corrected” it to “finds”.
Needless to say her group mates weren’t happy and tore her arse up to the professor for being lazy and incompetent.

Well eventually this mindset changes. That's why I bartended thru undergrad and then went to grad school

Didn't see any at Bama in the 90's either. If anything there was conservative indoctrination, but even that's a stretch. Most of the professors I had were encouraging of all differing viewpoints.

For me, I was a devout Catholic my whole life. Stayed in line. Never questioned my religion. Got to college and the train fell off the track. 13 years later I don’t attend church and many Catholics would shun me for what I believe/don’t believe.
Sounds like Satan won you over in college. He deceives many.

That psycho liberals do exist in real life. My first sociology professor started the first day of class by saying "I am a gay liberal woman. I am a man hater and a castrator. Do not frick with me if you are white or male."
And this was in the mid 90s. I can only imagine its worse now.
