I've bought 4 or 5 pairs of Member's Mark Denali performance traveler pants from Sam's Club for $15 each. I'd buy more right now but they are out of stock in almost every size, which means they probably are discontinued. Light cool stretchy. If Dockers, Hagar, whatever khaki pants are ok then these are ok too.

Lulu ABC and I found some Costco Kirkland 5 pocket performance pants that are very close to Lulus for around 20-30.

Go into the golf section at Dicks or Academy and get you some lightweight slacks. Nike, UnderArmor or store brand. Comfortable, fairly stylish and shouldn’t be overpriced

Mountain khakis, Orvis or LL Bean is usually where I get my pants. Pretty similar dress code to OP but I don't go to the office that often anymore so I haven't needed any in a while now.
