Just put ours in the oven. 68 degrees, wishing I started it earlier because it already smells great. Did 20 mins at 500 to start.

The rest will be smoked potatoes and some sort of broccoli/cauliflower mix topped with panko and pistachios.

Yeah, the smell has been wafting into the basement lair for over an hour now. I think the wife tossed ours in at 500 for 35. Should be ready in 30 minutes or so.
