Shell, Texaco, many other oil companies. Ruth’s Chris. Cain’s moved a lot to Texas.

Delta Airlines started in Monroe. Left in 1941. They were way ahead of the game in leaving. Huey P probably ran them off.

State Farm is still in La. Their operations in Monroe wasn't their main Hq.
