The doctors will do absolutely nothing for you and if you get worse, all they will do is give you oxygen then kill you on a vent if you get bad enough. There's absolutely zero point in going anywhere.

Tough it out.

At the time of this reply, there are 2 downvotes. I ask each of these two people to explain how leftyloosey is wrong. While your at it, describe the protocol for early onset COVID. There isn't one (monoclonal antibodies are now banned). The guidance of the medical establishment (aka, big pharma) is to stay home, rest, and call back if you get worse.

Key is to keep your immune system strong and get the blood/oxygen sensor to detect falling oxygen levels to get treatment before the virus and/or complications move deeply into your lungs.

Stay Safe and thank you for your courage.

Seems like that would’ve taken 30 seconds for the FDA to type up and send back to a Senator.

And yet it wasn't. Hmmmmmm

I see you are also playing "Spot the Spook"
Is there any information on how many season tickets were surrendered because of the Vax requirements?

Another thread had posts by season ticket holders with 10 or more seats requesting refunds. The number of season ticket holders requesting refunds will be a much smaller number than the number of seats surrendered. The Ticket Office may disclose the number of refund requests and not the number of season tickets/seats to minimize the public's perception of the vax policy opposition.
Circle K/Shell at the intersection of Jones Creek and Coursey had non-ethanol gas--blue handles are on the perimeter/outward facing pumps.

I haven't bought any non-ethanol gas for several months as I have 3-5 gallon cans and my neighbor made the pre-Ida non-ethanol gas run (and don't know where he went).

There’s a huge party on the farm this weekend with the art car etc. it would be the perfect time for a visit but it’s vaccinated people only, sorry bro

Block his telephone number and move on with your life.
Be polite at Thanksgiving but other than that, don't let him live in your head rent free.

By 3pm I had her started on a covid treatment pack sold by a local dr (zinc, vitamin C, D, zithromax, and HCQ).

Glad to hear you have a local doctor who is treating the virus instead of being told to stay hydrated and contact the doc if symptoms get worse.

May your daughter continue to feel better and defeat the virus before it has an opportunity to overload her immune system.
Sling Orange with the Sports add-on is the front runner. This combination seems to have college football pretty well covered.

Does anyone have issues with Sling, such as stream quality, audio, excess pixelation, server issues, etc?

Streaming Options for SEC Network & ESPN

Posted by Alleman on 8/27/21 at 12:27 pm
I have Roku boxes and am looking for ways to stream the SEC Network channels and the various ESPN channels.

What are my options?

I currently subscribing to Prime and Netflix so I'm sure I will be adding another service.

I wouldn't put it in the top 10.

I think you have to.

But just to be safe pull condensor electrical disconnect first before opening up the access panel.

This is true but also be aware of the connectors on the top of the capacitor--don't touch them without reading/learning how to properly discharge the capacitor as the nature of a capacitor is to store power (electricity) even when the circuit breaker is off or the electrical disconnect has been pulled.

Discharging the capacitor is not difficult, just don't skip this step.
I removed the access panel on my AC compressor and matched the numbers on the capacitor currently installed. I'm not confident in my ability to read the schematic for my AC.
I LOL'd when Jay scoffed at the can of Redi-Whip in lieu of a spare tire.
Check the seam where the skimmer connects to the pool. Very common spot for a leak to occur and pretty hard to find because its in the throat of the skimmer channel.

re: Garage parking sensors

I have a similar situation where the garage isn't much larger than the car. Once I was creeping into the garage and felt resistance, car didn't want to go any further. I didn't think I was touching the wall but figured I must be wrong. Turned out there was a thick door mat I hadn't seen on the floor and the front tire was against it. The car was less than 2 inches from the wall, nearly perfect so I left the floor mat there and use it as a wheel bumper.
I forgot to add I found the torsion springs based on the weight of the door, it's one of the middle tabs in the "Find My Spring" table.

This table could be helpful if you outsource the repair by knowing if the installer is using the correct torsion springs or give you the option to negotiate beefier springs which will last longer--are you planning on keeping this house or moving in 5 years?

Properly sized torsion springs will increase the life of your garage door opener by minimizing the strain on the motor and gears.
Do your research and identify which dealers in your area provide good service and have good reputations. Equally important, identify the dealers to avoid.

Which mower you eventually get will be a function of the features most beneficial to your needs, the quality of the mower (most likely based on friends recommendations), and the price.

There will likely be a couple of mowers which fit your criteria--this is where the dealer will be the deciding factor.

And pay attention to the trans-axles, they are the lifeblood of a ZTR. If your land is flat and level, most mowers will serve you well.

I have a Cub Cadet ZTX5 and it is a beast. I have a fairly steep slope and needed the beefier trans-axles and wide tires for traction--and it delivers. When I've finished mowing, the yard looks awesome. Cub Cadet did a great job designing the mower deck too.

ETA: johnnyrocket knows what he is talking about, do not dismiss his recommendations and advise.
I did a little more research and I found the website of the company where I bought my torsion springs 8-10 years ago: DDM Garage Doors Torsion Springs FAQ page

DDM has lots of information about changing the springs yourself and your options on springs, one or two springs, converting to two springs, how to determine what size you need, and different life cycle options based on size of spring. The torsion spring table is at Table for Torsion Spring Options.

My garage door opener was recently fried by lighting. While it's being replace, I could lift and lower my garage door with one hand and about 3 pounds of force. DDM's website helped me find the correct springs for my garage door instead of the set of springs the installer happened to have on his truck.
I found this thread from 5 years ago about torsion springs: TD Thread in OT Lounge (thread predates Home & Garden Board)

Some of the sources may still be in business.

Also, there are sites online which will provide the lift capacity for different diameter and length springs. When I replaced my springs, I used shorter springs with thicker diameter wire size. I significantly increased the cycle life and I hope to never replace the torsion springs again--and the increased cost was about $10.

you would need a multimeter with a capacitance/MFD function - not all meters have this function.

I absolutely agree. I didn't mention the multi-meter route because if he knew how to use one, he probably would know how to test the capacitor.
