No Bert’s, no bueno.
I remember one time, my friends and I were getting ready to go out drinking, and this one chick actually begged me, "don't let me eat Bert's chili." Not "don't let me go home with some weirdo" or "don't let me drive drunk."

Hell they can't sell it at Wendy's gotta try to sell it somewhere I reckon...

You know why they made chili? To use up the already cooked patties that weren't sold.

So they'll let cooked hamburger patties age on a counter overnight at the factory?

Great for constipated pets and livestock. Works almost as good as chik fil a sandwiches.

I went to high school with this girl who worked at Wendy’s and she said they would scrape all the burnt left over crumbs of meat off the hamburger grill and put that into the chili
It was definitely made with the trimmings originally, but this shite is being made at a plant and shipped to the locations ready to just heat up and serve. thtas how these fast food joints work.

Screw that, but I love Krystal's chili, I would buy that.

I always thought Wendy's Chile was made of leftover hamburger meat that didn't sell.

Excellent news, will try some.

I'll buy it. It is my favorite chili.

This is somewhat correct. When the meat is done and on the grill for more than five minutes, it becomes "chili meat." The chili meat is boiled at high temperature and chopped up for use in the chili.

I liked it until I got food poisoning from it. Never went back.

Wendy’s chili is pretty good but it will be nice to have this because this won’t have all the spit and big mama sweat that Wendy’s chili form the restaurant has in it.
Unless that’s what gives it its flavor.

I can confirm this, I worked at Wendy's as a grillman.
Also, any cooked patties that weren't sold also got chopped up and put in the chili.
Basically, would collect all the hamburger scraps for the week and put them in the fridge. When it was time to make a pot of chili, put them in a giant boiling pot of water to get rid of the grease/grill gunk. After that, drain em, chop them up and put them in the chili.
