You need some sun exposure for Vitamin D.
Suncsreens are loaded with chemicals that get absorbed into your body.
How about limited exposure to the sun and not dousing your body in chemicals?(unless your job forces you to be exposed to the sun all day).

You realize that the entire populations of Baton Rouge, New Orleans, and every where in between live in the midst of close to 80 petro/chem plants, right? There's a plant in Geismar that, if the humidity was right, produced a cloud of chlorine gas that would sink to the ground making breathing interesting. Depending on your age, it’s not their fault. By the time I found out about melanomas I was into my early 20’s the damage had been done with countless sunburns.

For those worried about chemicals in sunscreen and don't want to get burned , you can get one that just has titanium dioxide and or zinc oxide. These are mineral sunscreens that function to physically block rays as opposed to chemical sunscreens.
I use an Elta MD tinted one for my face when needed.

False. I've had examinations for about eight years running. They have removed two things at my request. Both were fine as far as they were concerned.
