I'm looking to get a classic looking watch and love the look of the Rolex Oyster Perpetual, but dont have the OT Rolex Budget.

Can you recommend me decent watch in the 200-300 dollar range that is pretty reliable and has the same classic look

My bad didn’t see the 200-300 range. Probably won’t find a decent looking datejust look alike in that range. Maybe an Orient other than that your out of luck unless you increase your price range

I think that looks terrible. Couldn't image wearing that two toned bracelet...ever.

If you like the look of the Rolex Submariner then there are several good watches in your price range that look similar.

The two-look is hard enough to pull off when it is real (it hasn't been in style for a while).

Pick a watch in your budget that stands on its own.

At the 200-300 range dig around in the Seiko catalog.

BTW the proper name for the Rolex you showed is the Date Just although it is in the Oyster line.

Agreed. Homages are pretty cringeworthy, IMO.

The Sarb is pretty solid and comes in at less than $400. Also, it doesn’t look like a “cheaper” version of a more expensive watch.
