Regardless of guilt, the lawyers better be telling him that simply because he can open his mouth and give public statements that can cost the district huge money.
It remains to be seen whether he did this or not but I certainly find it believable and figure that the school’s going to have to give her the SGA position back and probably cough up the scholarship money at a MINIMUM.

The principal made her watch the video even though she said she didn’t want to. My skin crawled when I read that. It doesn’t sound like she was denying that it happened; why insist that she view it with him?

End all school sponsored social events on campus. You can't teach kids to do math, I DGAF if you raise money for the homecoming float. The PTA can do whatever it wants off of school grounds.

I don’t remember school scholarships being that much and usually PTA or if higher sponsored by organization affiliated with school district. Principal wasn’t required or decision maker but one of many that student could ask to endorse their application for a scholarship. Endorsers had some latitude to endorse an application or not or how far they went in their endorsement about the student and even take it back. Not sure how this particular one is set up or amount.
Principal seems wrong especially with office conversations if they end up being as the mom and student said, but i am tired of all the attention seeking victimhood and drama by moms especially when right now student council President position is only thing she officially had that was taken away and doesn’t seem like she could hold position past December anyway since she is starting college in January (which also doesn’t seem to be affected). Beta club also not affected. This just happened on Oct 4th and already pushing media involvement the next day. Did they even talk to school board or district before this?
The below might be the dumbest thing i have seen written on an Unfiltered article. Glad Kiran didn’t write article.
