JL and Darren are going to hire better attorneys for this one. This is out of Kris Perrets league. It is pretty much out in the open that the local alcohol board was bought off. This incident is way too big to be swept under the rug and some local ATC guys may be running for cover.

I'm not a fan of dram shop laws either, but when you serve someone to .319 (basically quadruple drunk) and something like this happens, you have a legal problem.

I am absolutely not familiar with the area. I get why they did this. But are fake IDs not a thing anymore? There is always a bar kids can drink at in a college town.
