LSU and the Greek system head deserve about greater than 50 % of the responsibility for Wynne's death. They had moved that "Bid Night" be moved to a Monday night and off campus. They failed to realize that Bid Night was going to happen and that fraternities would move it to bars and therefore no control and the hard alcohol aspect.
Before it was mostly a beer bash at the houses on campus that LSU could control. No control led to the Murphy's thing.
I don't feel bad for Murphy's or Fraioli in the least in all of that.He was so arrogant in the deposition.

I think a shopping center is where Murphy's was.
Fraoli and Bennett Murphy were Murphy's at least back in the late 80s and 90s. I also think that initially Fraoli and Murphy were part of the seed money for Times Grill since The owner was a long time employee/ friend. But I think that Shearn long ago separated interests from them.
