I do not think it is schools part as it does not mention that. I am more baffled that anyone thinks phase one will take two YEARS.

I have a family member that works in the VA public schools (administrator), haven't heard anything about closing beyond this school year.

Why doesn’t Coonman simply close the entire state permanently.

Public Schools aren’t going back to full strength until March. Vaccine by February. No way schools have kids on buses and 30 student classrooms with no vaccine. Most likely online school that kids have to follow a set schedule 8-2

Saturday morning, the Health Department clarified Oliver's statements, saying that producing a vaccine, a process that can take 12-18 months to be developed and tested, could take two years — not Phase One.

Coonman gonna moonwalk all over this situation

Virginia has turned into a nanny state shithole so the idiot voters in NOVA deserve everything they get.
