The standard has to be the standard across the board. We can't just keep moving the goal post to suit our biases.
If i get into with anyone and they attempt to physically remove themselves from the situation and I follow them and they pull a gun and I continue to follow them, then I wouldn't expect much sympathy if they open fire on me.

Was she in imminent threat of bodily harm or death when she shot him?
Did he have a weapon?
Who instigated the confrontation?
Did he approach her car at the beginning of the argument and threaten her?
Those are questions I am sure are being looked at by authorities.

This is where I am as well I think. Except I’m not sure I’d even sure it sucks. That dude appears to clearly be the aggressor and approaches her several times AFTER she has the gun pointed at him. I’m sure his words were threatening as well (his body language certainly was).
I couldn’t care less that she is black and he is white. This seems fairly cut and dry to me (although I’m sure it won’t be ultimately).

This and someone was calling me a ‘pussy’ on here earlier this week simply because I told him I avoid WalMart, Fast Food restaurants, and public transportation due to the extremely high amount of low IQ people at all three. Welp.
