gonna come down to the whole reasonable man thing. would a reasonable person think that their was a legitimate threat of death or dire physical harm?
Based on the longer footage, I think she has a case for self defense, but she may have to prove it in court. A man, even unarmed is a reasonable threat to great bodily injury for a woman, especially when he’s so mad he’s not backing down with a gun pointed at him.

Agree, George Zimmerman was a POS.
So was Trayvon.

Edit: After my initial post, I saw the longer video. The dude was asking for trouble. The lady who shot him was backing away for a while.

Both of them are idiots, but she is not going to be charged or convicted of murder based on the two videos posted in this thread. Pulling a gun over a parking space is retarded, but once she did and the man continued to advance towards her while she kept trying to back away, she is probably justified in using deadly force.

I'm not watching that shite. Also, pick your battles. A parking place isn't worth dying over.
Walmart is not our territory. This is why God made Target. Safer than that: instacart and/or Amazon.
I go to Walmart very very seldomly. When I do, I know it's a people-watching excersise. It's like being on safari. Pick your battles. This ain't one of them.

Man, it really seems like black people really like killing white people.

this seems like a pretty fair assessment on the 2 videos available in this thread. it's sad. no one should die over a parking spot. but when someone has a gun drawn, don't advance towards them.

You don't ever engage with hoodrats. They're always looking for a confrontation.

White conservatives in this thread are being infinitely more understanding and logical than any group of lefties I’ve ever seen discussing these types of situations.

Damn that's some FAFO if I've ever seen it.
Sucks that his wife/children/grandchildren won't have him in their lives anymore because he couldn't help but try someone with a gun in his face.

If she repeatedly retreated and he continued to advance, I fully support her shoot.
You cannot continue to advance like he did.
Sucks overall, but she should not be convicted for this.

Again, could she have run away? - YES
Was her life in danger? - NO
Is pulling a sidearm and engaging in an argument defensive behavior? - NOPE

In this instance I can say for certain this is a way I will never die because I park towards the back of the lot while lazy asses fight over the closest spot.

If a woman pulls a gun on a man and retreats while the man continues to advance towards her, a jury is going to find that she was reasonable to believe that she was at risk of great bodily harm.

If your white wife was being followed by a larger black male, and she was retreating, pulled a gun and continued to retreat, but the black male continued to follow her until she fired on him would you still consider it cold blooded murder?
The standard has to be the standard across the board. We can't just keep moving the goal post to suit our biases.
If i get into with anyone and they attempt to physically remove themselves from the situation and I follow them and they pull a gun and I continue to follow them, then I wouldn't expect much sympathy if they open fire on me.

That is the make or break component here.

Based on the videos this was a good shoot.
