I’m not trying to victim blame but he should have immediately backed down and walked away when she pulled a gun. In the full video the woman pulls the gun and is repeatedly retreating away from him for almost a solid minute. Then she finally stops and he kept walking toward her.
It was incredibly stupid to keep walking towards her and it cost him his life.

You arent wrong but its not right either. Part of the problem in this country is that certain people are so committed to being pieces of shite with nobody to contest them. They are at maximum commitment to getting their way, and nobody challenges them because it might become a life or death matter. So, they get away with being pieces of shite forever.

Removing the race situation from this (this won’t happen,) he needed to retreat once that happened.
Not saying she wasn’t in the wrong and I think a jury probably rightfully find her guilty, but he should have just conceded and left a crazy person with a gun.
