900-2k to a mechanic to replace the compressor in most vehicles
Much less to do it yourself
if you aren't 100% sure you can do it yourself, pay the mechanic or you will end up costing yourself waaaay more

Check all the AC electrical connections. Most likely the vibrations from your subwoofers caused something to come loose.

Nah. I have a Jeep one year newer than the OPs and had the a/c replaced two years ago. Something to be said for not jumping into a new car note when the current one does everything else well enough.

A few yrs ago the AC went out in my 2010 Mazda 3. Somehow, with the help of YouTube, I was able to determine that it was the fill valve on the high side had leaked out all the refrigerant ( or maybe low. Too long ago)
Getting the old valve out was a bear but borrowed the vacuum and valves from Autozone and filled it back up.

it could be just about anything....condenser leaking, clutch, compressor, blah blah blah...

In 2015 I was the sole income earner with a pregnant wife in med school and my existing vehicle was totaled by a real estate agent Karen on I-85 and $25k was all I could afford to replace it.
Why are you such an a-hole?
ETA- thinking back on it, I think her name was literally Karen. In a BMW.

Check your compressor and see if the ac clutch is engaging (check out a youtube video for reference.)
It can be a pain to change out the compressor, if thats what it is), but it's not horrible.
