I'll take it. I'm the perfect test case, middle aged with no kids. If I die, I died trying to save all of your children. If I don't, i'm covid free forever.

I will get a vaccine to eliminate the chance of being one of the outliers who gets a bad case for no apparent reason.

It’s interesting data, but it also needs some context. Roughly 2/3rds of ALL death certificates in the US have have more than one cause on the death certificate. Take hypertension, for example. It’s one of the leading causes of death each year, but for every 100 times it shows up a death certificate, it’s the the only cause only about 7-8 times. In other words, 92% of people who die from hypertension have at least one other comorbidity.

So I guess you’re another one who thinks that if respiratory failure is listed as a comorbidity, it means the patient didn’t die of COVID?
Because that’s the only way you can conclude that 6% died of COVID by looking at that table.
ETA: Let me just reiterate how astoundingly ignorant it is to imply that someone didn’t die of COVID because respiratory failure or adult respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) were also listed on the death certificate.
