That was exactly my childhood. Seat belts were for pussies. We drove back and forth across the country in our Ford Country Squire wagon with a pop-up camper in tow. We had an absolute blast.

I’m sorry modern bubble wrap life has taken this away from us.

There are ski lifts like that now that dont have bars that pull over. Also, in actuality they are maybe 30ft off the ground.

I accidentally threw a lawn dart over the fence and his my neighbors toy poodle right in the hip. Didnt break the skin or anything but she walked with a limp for a good while.

Those lifts are sometimes pretty close to the ground going up the angle of the mountain. No idea if this one is or not..
