This type activity by SJWs shows they literally want to legislate our thought patterns because you know sharing is caring
edit: any OT'ers follow these players?

pair of Twitter users whose posts exposing offensive tweets by baseball players went viral over the weekend say their aim was not malicious but to give fans a fuller picture of who they're cheering for, and to expose the sport's "toxic" culture.

both users said they weren't looking for the years-old tweets from Milwaukee Brewers reliever Josh Hader or Atlanta Braves pitcher Sean Newcomb , but when the posts came across their timelines, they felt obligated to share them.

Before the tweets, I thought he was a cool guy," Jenkins said via direct message on Twitter. "An amazing pitcher and an even better person ... After the tweets, I mean ... It's hard to defend the guy. My opinion has definitely changed."

r. For Jenkins, who is 16 and white, the explanation didn't fly.

The act of exposing tweets is recognition that racism is everybody's problem, said University of Hartford sociologist Woody Doane.
Going to a racist insult is something that white Americans have in their toolkit," Doane said. "As much as we like to say otherwise, I don't think that's something we've gotten rid of. If racism is going to end, white people need to call each other out on it. One of the elements of white privilege is not having to care about racism."

In the good old days, stupid kids did stupid things and got away with it.
Now stupid kids who do stupid things are made to pay a price by people stupid enough to think they can control society.

Weren’t the majority of the tweets about the gays and not in essence, racist?
Posted on 7/31/18 at 1:45 pm to More beer please
Hader and Turner had some racist ones I guess, Newcomb had some homophobic with the other two as well

I'm all for people being nicer to each other, but the offensive thought shaming has to stop. On the one hand people that say stupid things in a public forum probably get what they deserve. On the other hand we're allowing a vocal minority on social media to set norms for society.
Maybe what they do at first will be for the greater good, Hollywood looks like it needed to be called out on some things, but once people have power they usually don't let it go easily. Once they've righted all the wrongs they'll still have all of this social power we've given them and no just cause to guide their actions. They'll become nothing more than bullies abusing power they shouldn't have.

Anyone here ever had a 6 year old random post form someone you've followed show up in your timeline?

So tweets from several years ago from pretty much unknown guys (one was 18 when he tweeted it) just happened to pop up on some hardcore sjw feed? With no searching whatsoever?
Call me a bit skeptical.

It's an SJW thing, it's why they can make statements about ending racism. They changed the definition of racism, it's not the dictionary version. It's only racist if it's systematic. They did this so they can never be racist, only white people are racist because they control the system.

This "definition" is popping up on reddit all the time now. Blacks, hispanics, etc can't be "racist" because they're not "in control".
