If you can't hit your girl in college ball how will they ever get ready for pro?

This is 100% accurate. Title IX was in existence but he started using it as a weapon of social change. Much like he did with Executive Orders, the US DoJ and the FBI.

It did, but the Obama administration passed some of their own policies on it:
quote:
The 2011 guidance forced colleges and universities to investigate and adjudicate claims of sexual discrimination, from alleged rapes to offensive language, in on-campus tribunals according to a sub-legal preponderance of evidence standard.

I believe the application of Title IX in campus rape cases started around 2011 with the "Dear Colleague" letter.

So you're saying to secretly videotape each encounter? I'm game.

I mean it's entirely possible she is a battered woman - she wouldn't be the first. I'd imagine the evidence against the kicker is/was pretty significant. I'd like to know all the details, but that's not how these things usually work, unfortunately.

However, USC is standing by its investigation and the accounts “provided by multiple witnesses.”
“Student disciplinary records are confidential,” the university said in a statement. “If the students involved waived their confidentiality rights, the university will offer a detailed response.”
Looks like USC is willing to lay out the details if the couple waives their confidentiality right. I'd like to see it before jumping to a conclusion one way or the other.

Gonna be hard to do it in secret. She'll know when she signs the acknowledgement paperwork.

How about research the text of Obama's Education Department's 2011 Dear Colleague letter to colleges and universities that simultaneously lessened the standard of guilt to be used in sexual assault cases (and only sexual assault cases), accelerated the time frame for an adjudication and discouraged evidentiary and procedural protections in hearings for those who are accused. This letter effectively turned student conduct hearings into kangaroo courts that were meant to obtain findings that correlated with the bullshite rape culture narrative.

No. The witnesses would be required to waive their rights. The accusedoat likely doesn't even know who the witnesses are or what they testified to. That's why this whole thing is literally a kangaroo court where the burden of proof is merely a preponderance of the evidence.
