These “former” employees truly met the definition of FAFO.

This mentality that has permeated culture where your every opinion matters and should be considered in corporate decision making is laughable. Companies that do this do it to their own detriment. Look if you don’t like the way your leadership does something…quit. Absolutely nothing is forcing you to sit there and submit to the torture you feel they are putting you through. If you have this supposed great skill set or knowledge bank go start your own business or go to work for a company that meets your “demands”. Good luck with that startup or that new company on its downward spiral.

Those fricking idiots further solidify my belief that the average walking around American is a functional retard.

Wtf did they think was gonna happen when they criticize the boss?

The employee claimed that the letter was the result of a “month of dedicated hard work and soliciting feedback to try and make sure we got as much input as possible.”

Wait, they spent an entire month writing a fricking letter botching about their boss instead of doing their jobs and are surprised they were canned?

So they spent a month soliciting input for this instead of doing their assigned job. Yep, deserves a termination.

What a fragile little narcissist Elon is. Ruining peoples lives because he can’t take a little criticism

So much for free speech

So much for free speech? These “employees” spent months (apparently on company time) outlining the instances where the owner of the company hurt their feelings, broadcasted it on company email, sent questionnaires to employees on company time criticizing the company and owner, and you call that free speech? You sound exactly like one of those entitled, soft, whiney bitches that got fired.

It is generally not a good idea to publicly criticize your boss, whether you work cutting hair or building rockets.

Openly criticizing your boss in public?
Yet another lesson learned for those that didn’t have great parents. They probably all got trophies for second place as kids and spent their college days being tied to trees in the quad.

Just what I want them doing when they're supposed to be working on a rocket that will carry human beings

Progressives are getting upset that they alienated the rest of the left and are grasping for straws.

The red tsunami is coming. They lost all the constitutional liberals, most of the classic liberals and all the moderates. Elon is just the most visible to turn. Many more will follow as it gets worse.

I had my doubts that this was happening until San Francisco, of all places, recalled their weird DA. I consider myself to be a moderate and I kept hoping the left would turn on those idiots and now it seems that it’s actually happening. Big changes coming this November.

Should be fired for such a waste of company time, alone.

Because many of them have unsatisfied lives, and this is their only way of proving their worth to themselves.

The open letter, first reported by The Verge, described Musk’s behavior as “a frequent source of distraction and embarrassment for us, particularly in recent weeks.” It cites SpaceX’s “No a-hole” policy

But blanketing thousands of people across the company with repeated unsolicited emails

Sounds like the group sending these repeated unsolicited emails were the fragile little narcissists and violated a company policy that they ironically cited in their own open letter.

Had they reached out to a number of employees a single time and asked them to contribute and/or give thoughts; there may be a different reaction or more support. But, the fact that the requests were repeated, goes to show you that they were the ones pushing and intimidating others to "help".

And, my thoughts/response to this doesn't even touch on the fact that the letter is generating because of Musk's comments on Twitter. Apparently, it may not even have anything to do with their employment and/or work conditions at SpaceX (haven't seen the full open letter)

This is the product of a generation growing up and having a “safe space” and “emotional support” animals. They think it is their right to not “feel” threatened and that their viewpoint is the only viewpoint, and that any differing viewpoint is “hate”.

Bet they even though the letter would not only have repercussions but actually remove the owner from the company……

Progressives are usually economically privileged people who want to take the ladder away. They have theirs, they don't want you getting yours. They destroy opportunity while favoring systems.

just the opposite. It's about time companies stand up to these small minorities that have unreasonable expectation and think they can use social media to intimidate the results they want.

I think most peeps are pretty normal and just want to get on with their lives without this bullshite.
