The masks don't bother me. If a place wants me to wear a mask to shop, I won't bitch or cause a scene. Costco is making people wear masks, and they're handing them out at the door. Very little inconvenience.

I haven't gone out to eat since the reopening, but I'm actually pretty spoiled to getting takeout and eating at my own house now. I'm not itching to sit inside a restaurant. However, the restaurants look really full when I'm passing by or grabbing takeout.

Guy says the New Orleans region is performing the best as far as the curve going down.

An hour after dumbass announces she's keeping the city on lockdown.

I'm the same way. If they supply the mask and I'm not scrambling all over the place to find one at a store, I'm good with it.

I have been doing takeout too. Made it a point to hit up the little mexican place down the road from us twice a week. We live in a small town and they would have lost their business without the takeout side of things.

Did he give a length of time for Phase 2 or just made it indefinite?

He said he would make that decision on Thursday.

NOPD needs to nut up and publicly announce that they don't plan to enforce any of Cantrell's edicts.

we arent going back to normal until a vaccine is out

Will the State require to see immunization cards before people are allowed to live their lives again?

Did I miss something, have they said how long Phase 2 will last?

If there thoughts are to go through 6/29, no way they won't stretch it out another week to try to ruin 4th of July

Glad I am not the only one who heard this. State Leg. needs to step up and act for the people.

If someone was really being honest with the data, NOLA should have been the 1st to open.

Current slide: Bars to 25% seated, restaurants and gyms to 50% but must maintain 6' (so no difference).

Baws can get tattoos now.

We've gone out to dinner a few times since they started allowing it. It's a little weird being in a restaurant that's 20% full with the waitress wearing a mask

A vaccine
Who in his/her right mind would get a rushed vaccine without knowing what it’s long term side effects are?

There is no way people will wear a mask for 3 years. He said that is "without a vaccine" though.
