To be fair, if I lived next to him I don't want his damn yard to look like shite just because his son killed someone.

Are you one of those weirdos camped out in front of their house shouting things at them and driving the neighbors crazy?

They need to drop resources, spending, and the search.

At this point, if he is still alive, your best is for him and the parents to feel "comfortable". Then they may be more likely to make mistakes.

Have Gabby's family make a statement that they have buried their daughter and finding Brian will not change anything. They are ready to move on

Unless he killed himself in such a way that his body would never be found.

They still have a theory that he was camping out on the islands and "swimming" from one to another. Maybe he really was on an island, but swam out with weights or something tied to himself, shot himself or simply let go, and sank down to the bottom. They'd never find him.

There's less than 1% chance this is the case, look at the parents people. If you thought your kid was dead, would you allow people to stand outside your house with bullhorns?

The parents know he is alive or else they would be helping the police find him if they thought he was dead or suicidal.

They almost undoubtedly assisted him in escaping and know he is on the run, thus the reason to be quiet.

I knew a guy who tied cinder blocks to his feet and jumped in a flooded quarry on his 25th birthday

Anyway, morning y'all :)

The parents were all on Dr. Phil not long ago. They believe BL is alive and want him to turn himself in so they can get some sort of closure. They are far from moving on.

If my child was killed, I want the person who did it found and punished. Wouldn't you?

Bull shark! I wouldn't want to swim from island to island on any regular basis out there.

Seriously, I believe him to be alive because of the parent's lack of desperate pleas and what should be debilitating worries about their son's well being.

I don't think they're allowing them to do it now.

Where the frick is Dog, the Bounty Hunter?

I thought he would be sniffing around the Laundrie's house after we clearly saw the mysterious hand reach up from underground and grab something from mom in the garden.

I think he's dead as well. I'd rather he be caught alive, though.

Her parents believe he's too much of a coward to off himself.

He would have been found if he wasn't.

Dude is not a MENSA member and he's no Eric Rudolph survivalist.

We will see (maybe?), but I think he's dead and has been dead in a swamp and eaten by crabs and gators for awhile.

I have a couple of friends that died almost 20 years ago. When I see the mom her reaction is like seeing a ghost. It’s the most depressing feeling you can have. It makes me wonder about losing my kids, almost brings me to tears thinking about it.

Can you be less than 100% not dead without being dead?
