I still think about this guy’s death every now and then.
How he was able to fit through that crack is beyond me.

I can't imagine his fear. Just terrifying.

Same.
He was pretty calm overall. I would have been dead in minutes from panic.

I would have told them….
Shoot me up with morphine, tie a tourniquet as far as you can reach towards my waste, and cut off as much of my legs as you can. Then pull me up more and repeat. Obviously they can only cut so far up but worth a shot.

I made it through some of that video but couldn’t finish it. Absolutely horrible way to go and a nightmare for the rescue teams.

Nutty putty is day time viewing. I feel like I'm suffocating watching/reading about that shite. That death is nightmare material.

The best part about caving is that you never ever have to do it.

The thought of that makes me nervous. How do they remember the paths they take to get out? Do they leave markers? What if your flashlight dies?

They leave behind a trail of peanuts.

I think the devs of the VR consulted with people who explored the cave. It's supposedly very accurate.

Seen this several times, a horrible way to go. Makes me never want to step foot in a cave that isnt open, walkable, and heavily charted.
