Interviewed hundreds of people. Don’t think I’d care one way or the other if someone brings in a coffee or water. Now if it’s a bottle covered in a bunch of stickers or an odd color or something like that, I’ll judge that. But the beverage itself, who cares.

I interview the candidate, others interview the candidate, later we discuss the person. I or someone else will take them around to see the place and to lunch in some cases, depending on the job.
